first pics with my new Fujifilm X-T2

How do I love Fuji’s film simulation modes!

Acros standard.
Velvia Vivid.
Rock solid Acros.

I admit, one of the reasons I moved up to the Fujifilm X-T2 was the better film simulation modes over my X-A10 and the addition of 3 Acros versions. I’m a big fan of the film versions of Acros (going back to Neopan) so being able to do that digitally is something I’ve wanted to do. Now I’ll be able to use some of my vintage lenses on the new Fuji and get a near-film look. Thanks for stopping by, Chris

Just in time for Christmas – Canon AE-1 35mm SLR

Just in time for your holiday shopping and gift-giving, I have another beautiful Canon AE-1 from my collection. This one comes with a sharp Canon New FD 50mm f1.8 lens. It’s been fully serviced with new light seals and a new mirror bumper pad and it’s been lubed to ensure that there’s no squeal or squeak from the mirror assembly (commonly known as shutter squeal).

The instruction book is also in mint condition. It’s one of the best booklets I’ve ever had with my Canons. Looks new!
The Canon AE-1 is one of the easiest Canons made.
I also have this one available in my shop.

As always, thanks for stopping by, and feel free to pop on over to my camera shop at http://www.ccstudio2380.com, Chris

Canon Booster T Finder

A classic Canon accessory.
Here is a very nice early version of this important accessory from Canon for the original Canon F-1.

Canon Booster T Finder for the Canon F-1
– Mint in Box w/ Leather Case,
Connecting Cord, New Battery, Prism Cover
– Fully Tested – 1 Owner

The Booster T Finder, interchangeable with the
F-1 pentagonal prism section reads precise
exposures with its electronic timer under
extremely dim lighting conditions. It is
effective for photomicrography, macro-
photography, and when shooting indoors
or night scenes where timed exposures
are necessary.

It will complete as pictured. The leather case
is in near-perfect condition as is the finder
itself. The Canon connecting cord 6V 2B is
also in excellent condition and is the correct
cord for the finder. The finder is powered
by an easy-to-find A544 6V alkaline battery
which I’ve included.

This finder was a key part of my Canon F-1 collection
that I’m now downsizing.

The case is in exceptionally nice condition.
Mint condition.
The battery test indicates all is up and running.
The Booster T Finder replaces the eye-level pentaprism finder on the Canon F-1.
Shown here with the standard eye-level finder removed from the original F-1.

If you’re interested in adding this interesting F-1 accessory to your own Canon collection then pop on over to my online shop at http://www.ccstudio2380.com where I’m having a nice sale on everything at 10% off for a limited time. Thanks for stopping by, Chris
