Highway 17? I like the old and nearly forgotten remnants of Florida tourism. There was a great place on the way to Panama City years ago…It was a roadside attraction and I’m guessing it violated every health code written. We stopped to see captive alligators, but they actually had lions behind a chain link fence….and huge snakes. None were properly contained and my wife, then girlfriend, was not happy.

  Hey, Ed! I love the old and abandoned along Florida’s highways. This is the old Riverview Motel just south of the Georgia boarder on 17. Cool place.
