Signs of the times. All of the beaches on Amelia Island are now closed to humans. More than likely a good thing as few were complying with the government request to practice social distancing. This is one of our busiest times of the year with Spring Breakers, tourists, and folks from nearby Georgia, but we all must do what we can to stop the spread of COVID-19. Stay safe wherever you are! C&C ^.^

Lots of signs and seagulls – no people.
Thanks for stopping by and y’all stay well.
Hi there, Chris – here in New Zealand, we’re preparing for a complete shutdown of the country, from midnight Wednesday. Only essential services operating, everyone else at home, practising social distancing. The only shops open will be food suppliers and pharmacies. There will be increased police patrols, and probably military, as well. The government has invoked epidemic and civil defence emergency powers. I hope you guys keep safe. Good luck!

Thanks, John. I hope you, your family, and your country do well. If we all come together we can limit the damage from this virus. Good luck to you too, sir!
