hello I am cleaning out my grandfather’s shop and I came across a vintage cole dictator machine and while investigating about it I found your picture of a Yashica YT-100 tape recorder the two machines are %100 identical from what I can tell accept for the name on the machine I I put batteries in it I I could hear it doing something but I could not get it to function it is in almost mint condition and has the case with it. I don’t have any use for it and will probly scrap it. But I would much rather find someone who would appreciate having it so if u want it I will mail it to u if u would like pictures let me know also

Wow, that’s interesting. I’ve had a long standing debate with a good friend on whether or not Yashica was the manufacturer. That would be awesome.

I would certainly like to have it and would gladly pay for mailing it to Florida.
